This course provides learners with the necessary knowledge to meet the prescribed training standards outlined by STCW, the Merchant Navy Training Board (MNTB) Knowledge, Understanding, and Proficiency (KUPs), IMO Model Course 3.27, and the Liberian Registry guidelines.
