The Login email will take you to your area within the Learning Management System (LMS) and the very first time you login, you will be asked to create a new password that is applicable to your course area, and not your shopping cart. Make sure that you make a note of this username [email address] and your new password.

The details in your shopping cart stay the same as you created and should not be confused with your course login username and password. Ideally you should ensure that the password is different.

Yes you can. When you go to your login window at https://courses.virsec.org, there is an option there to change/reset passwords. This will send an email to your registered email account for you to change the password. Have some patience as the system may take up to 10 minutes to send the email to your account. Do not keep hitting the resend password or it will cause you serious issues. Wait until the link appears [as stated, this can take up to 10 minutes]. If you are still experiencing issues, contact us at: [email protected].
