It was definitely worth the early start for Cathy, as she was delighted to hear about the innovation and all the amazing work that the Royal navy are currently involved in around the world. This also includes the continued safeguarding of British Interests.
Presented with an extremely challenging environment worldwide, it was really interesting to hear how the Royal Navy are adapting to today’s challenges, and how the various roles carried out by the Royal navy are adjusting to meet with the new requirements.
One part of the presentation in particular was of great interest to Cathy, that being the news regarding the Royal Marines Commandos [which Stephen L. Richards CMAS CAS – Training Director for VIRSEC] is extremely very proud to have been a part of [OARMAARM]. This also included presentations and discussions on how the Royal Marines are adapting to their very challenging and developing roles.
Cathy was also very happy to see that Commodore Phil Waterhouse RN, whom we continue to hold both a personal and professional relationship with.
Well done to all who contributed and here’s to looking ever forwards.
