Logging Onto Courses Issues

It is quite easy to reset your password on the Learning Management System [LMS]. Simply go here: https://virseclms.org and click on the “Forgot Password?” link under the Login Button.  You will need to remember your Username [by default this will be your email address]. Only fill one of the options in that is offered once you click the link [either of the options will be your email address anyway].

Only click this link once, do not keep clicking it or it will (a) lock you out for 15 minutes, and (b) cause you confusion as to which email to open and act on. Simply click the “Forgot Password?” link once, complete as instructed and submit. Wait until the password reset email arrives in your inbox [if nothing in 15 minutes, check spam/junk email folders] and follow the instructions provided.

If you do not receive this email, then contact us at training@virsec.org. Provide your name and email address that you should be known as under your Username [sometimes people use different email addresses or enter these wrong when filling in forms]. We will then reset the password and send you a new link.
