These are 0900 to 1700 hrs (GMT/BST) Monday to Thursday, and 0900 to 1500 hrs (GMT/BST) Friday. If you purchase a course outside of these hours, your AI Proctored Assessment link will be sent to you the next working day. Please note that we are closed at weekends and UK Bank Holidays.
